Messages of Kindness
Being kind to someone, even if it is simple, can make a huge difference to someone's day. During this time the small acts of kindness we used to do every day without thinking are more difficult to do with social distancing in place. Now we must think about how we can be kind to those at home and far away from us. However big or small the kind acts we do, can make a huge difference to someone, such as writing and sharing a message of support.

Our Christian Value 'Hope': The Prodigal Son
God the Father loves us and wants us to be happy. When we make the wrong choices he feels sad, but when we turn away from bad things it fills him with Joy and Hope. Using the attached link for support, discuss times when you have made good and bad choices. How did it make you and others feel?
Wellbeing: Positive Thinking
Use the challenge cards to engage your child in activities which help them feel good, think positively and help others to feel good too. There are eight challenge cards, each with a different positive thinking activity on. The activities can be done individually, as a group or as a family.
